Global 24-hour helpline
This is how you get help outside opening hours
By calling and emailing Shell's global 24-hour helpline, you are directly connected to international customer service. The helpline assists you with:
- Requests for fuel at short notice
- Requests for fuel due to aircraft diversion
- Confirmation that you are a Shell Aviation customer at airports we do not have a contract with
Shell's global helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

You need to provide the following information when contacting the helpline:
- Company
- Contact person
- Contact number
- Description of the problem
- The aircraft's location
- ETA / ETD
- The aircraft's registration number
- Aircraft type
- Next destination
- Type of fuel
The helpline gives you assistance regardless of time and day, and also acts as an emergency telephone for help and guidance in emergency situations.
You do not need to contact the Intoplane company (ITP) directly. Shell takes care of this. If an emergency situation arises, all you have to do is call Shell's global helpline, and Shell will take the necessary measures and inform the Intoplane company if necessary.
All you have to do is call the helpline, explain the problem, provide the necessary information mentioned above and answer questions from the helpline team, and Shell will do the rest.
